Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refundable if cancelled 30 days or more before the reservation date. 

  • 50% refundable if cancelled 15–29 days before the reservation date. 

  • Non-refundable if cancelled 14 days or less before the reservation date.

All cancellation requests must be made directly through Get InTents LLC, not through Wild Vine Campground or Wild Mountain Winery.

Pet Policy

Pet Fee: $45 per reservation (non-refundable) Maximum: 2 pets per tent 

Pet Rules 

  • Dogs must be leashed at all times. 

  • Guests must pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste. 

  • Pets are not allowed on beds or bedding. 

  • Pets may not be left unattended inside the tent. 

Damage Responsibility 

Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets, including bedding, furniture, rugs, flooring, tent fabric, décor, equipment, or supplies. Additional cleaning or replacement fees will be charged if a pet causes damage, excessive hair, stains, or odors inside. 

Weather Policy

Glamping is an outdoor experience, and normal seasonal weather is part of the adventure.

Normal Weather Conditions 

  • Rain 

  • Mild wind 

  • Heat or humidity 

  • Light snow 

  • Typical seasonal weather conditions 

All reservations follow the standard cancellation policy unless Weather Protection is purchased.   

Optional Weather Protection Add-On – $35 

Guests may purchase Weather Protection at the time of booking for added flexibility. If purchased, guests may cancel due to qualifying severe weather and receive a full refund or reschedule.   

Qualifying Severe Weather Conditions 

  • Overnight low of 32°F or below 

  • Daytime high of 95°F or above 

  • Severe thunderstorm warning 

  • Tornado watch or warning 

  • Other official National Weather Service warnings deemed unsafe for camping 

Weather Protection fee: $35 per reservation (non-refundable). Must be added at the time of booking.
